Postdoctoral Researcher

I am an agronomist, MSc. in Plant Genetic Resources and PhD in Genetics and Plant Breeding. I worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of São Paulo (Brazil), Department of Genetics, linked to the Conservation Genetics and Genomics Group. I have experience and research collaborations with national (Brazil) and international organizations (Italy, French Guyana, Uruguay, Peru, Mexico, United States and England); and I have integrated a network of 29 institutions, governmental and non-governmental, from Brazil and Uruguay, for research projects and germplasm collection involving 5 biomes from South America. I am working in the following areas: i) Plant Genetics and Genomics; ii) Evolutionary Biology; iii) Ethnobotany; iv) Plant Genetic Resources Conservation; v) Evolution and Plant Domestication; vi) Traditional and Family Agriculture.
